General

How does your delivery service works and what is the collection hours? Do you accept walk-ins?

We are a production-based kitchen and all our cakes are pre-order basis, hence we are not accepting walk-ins.

Our operating hours:
Monday-Saturday  11am-6pm
Sunday  10.30am-12.30pm

What payment method do you accept?

We accept

What if I want to cancel/change my order?

Kindly inform us at least 48 hours prior collection/delivery date. Please contact us at +6012 8473689.

For cancellation, we will do refund of the amount paid in store credits for your next purchase.

Can I request wordings on the cake?

We do not do wordings on cake. For birthday celebration, we provide a birthday cake topper and one candle in gold as complimentary. Separately, we do provide personalised message on card.

Do you sell slice cake?

Sorry, we currently don’t offer cake slices, but if that changes, we’ll be sure to share updates on our social media channels. Follow us to stay informed about new offerings.

Can I order a cake and have same day/ next day delivery?

Yes, you may contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +6012 8473689 to check for available cake options.

Delivery / Pickup

Do you have delivery service and which location do you cover?

Yes we do have delivery service , only within Klang Valley area.

Delivery charges are depending on the distance between our shop to recipient’s location.

Who will be delivering my cake?

We are engaging third party delivery partner, GoGet Malaysia for our cake’s delivery. They will ensure all the cakes are delivered in a professional manner. All GoGetters are trained to handle cakes and dispatches with utmost care.

What type of vehicle will be used for the delivery ?

We will be using car only for our cake’s delivery as all of our cakes are fragile and need to be handled with care. With cars as the chosen mode of transport, customer is assured of deliveries of the highest quality.

What time can I receive my cakes when using delivery service?

Our delivery time slots are as followed:12-2pm and 4pm-6pm.
For specific delivery time, we will try out best to accommodate, please contact us through whatsapp +6012 847 3689.

Note: Please allow 1-hour interval from your preferred time. E.g between 2-3pm, we will try out best to accommodate.

Am I able to change delivery time, address and recipient info after I placed my order?

If you wish to change any information above, please contact us at 012-847-3689.
Please notify us AT LEAST 1 WORKING DAY BEFORE (by 5pm) for any delivery changes.
Late amendments shall be moved to the next available slot or there will be an extra charges if the driver has picked up your cake.

What if the receiver is not present at the delivery time?

You may decide whether to deliver to another delivery address ( subject to the driver availability and additional charges applicable)

OR 

The driver will send the cake back to our shop immediately and additional charges will be calculated based on the return trip service.

Please note that most of our cakes are fragile and chilled based cake can last in air conditioned environment for maximum 1 hour. We shall not be responsible if the cake melted/damage during return trip.

Are you able to provide door to door delivery service? Eg, high rise buildings/mall/hotels

Yes, we offer door-to-door delivery service. However, please note that we do not provide doorstep delivery for high-rise buildings. You may collect your cake at the designated pick-up point (Lobby).
For special assistance , please contact our customer service (additional fees may apply).

For restaurant deliveries, kindly send us your reservation information. We will coordinate with the restaurant to ensure your cake is kept in the chiller under your reservation name.

What if the cake that I received turn up damaged?

Please make sure to check the cake upon receiving as we won’t be able to take responsibility for any damage to the cake after you make confirmation at the collection point / with the delivery person. If the cake indeed damaged at the point of delivery, the delivery person usually will be able to make an assessment and we will try our best to make alternative arrangement for you /you may contact us at + 6012 8473689.

What time can i pick up my cake ?

Can i arrange my own transport to deliver my cake?

You may arrange your own transport to pick up your orders (car is strongly recommended as the mode of transportation).

Just share with us the vehicle and driver details for verification purposes.

We shall not take any responsibility for products handled by your own delivery arrangement.

Handling & Storage

How do I handle my cake if I do self-collection?

Our cakes are fragile, you will need to handle with extra care. Please place the cake box on a flat surface preferably on the car mat and away from direct sunlight.

Please note that Chilled Cake can last in air conditioned environment for maximum 1 hour.

If you wish to travel the cake, we strongly recommend you to store the cake in a cooler box/ cooler bag with some ice packs.

How can I properly care the desserts/cakes? How long can they last at room temperature?

Chilled cakes can last in an air-conditioned environment for a maximum of 1 hour. Please store in the refrigerator (2°C – 4°C) immediately upon collection for at least 30 minutes before serving. Best served chilled.

Our cakes are best consumed within 2 days for the best quality. DO NOT freeze the cakes.

Dietary / Allergy

Is your cake halal-certified?

Yes, we are halal certified, and our production follows strict halal guidelines to ensure all our ingredients and processes meet halal standards. You can verify our halal certification status on the MYeHalal portal. If you have any specific dietary requests or concerns, feel free to let us know!

Is your cake suitable for vegetarian, egg-free, gluten free, diabetes or keto diet?

Most of our products contain eggs, fish gelatine, dairy and sugar. However we have cake selection for Gluten Free and Low Carb Diet.

Is your cake sweet?

Our cakes are generally on the less sweet side, which has been well-received by most of our customers. We’ve often received feedback that the sweetness level is just right, offering a balanced and enjoyable taste.

Do you have any nut-free/dairy-free options?

Our ingredients includes milk, cream, butter, eggs, sugar and flour. All our cakes contain dairy.

While some of our cakes are nut-free, they are prepared in the same kitchen as other cakes that contain nuts. We do try our best to prevent cross-contamination.
