Not satisfied at all.
The truffle on top had visible white mould along the edges, which is very concerning.
The cake itself was dry and lacked moisture.
Flavour-wise, it didn’t work for me — the combination felt unbalanced. The truffle had a taste didn’t match with whole flavour, the raspberry jam was overpowering, and the cheese was barely noticeable.
Overall, quite disappointing both in quality and taste with such price. I expect more and at least a well balanced moist cake.
The only positive was the customer service — polite and responsive. Unfortunately, the product didn’t meet expectations.
The size was perfect for a small celebration. Instead of worrying about the cake melting, my guests were happy to dig in and finish the cake in no time.
Will definitely buy again in the future!

I love the difference in texture and the earthy fragrance of the hazelnut, not too sweet mouse. I usually don’t like fruits with chocolate but they do it super well with this! As good as the ones I had in Lyon, France! Looking forward for more next time.
