Job Description:-
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, savoury finger food, etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and make appropriate orders to minimize wastage / spoilage.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of condition of equipment and devices used for cooking / baking.
- Maintain hygienic working environment all the time.
- Maintain a lean and orderly kitchen and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Deliver pastries, event, catering goods if needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Requirement:-

- Plan and schedule for the company’s marketing activities
- Produce creative marketing contents for the company
- Support in customer engagement activities and handle enquiries
- Work together with the team to discuss and identify ideas strategies towards marketing efforts
Requirement:-
- Currently enrolment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications, or in a similar field
- Good attitude & responsible
- Familiar in social media platforms
- Creative and good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques

Kitchen Operation Assistant (Halal Committee)
Job Description:-
- Cake cutting and cake decorating.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, production schedules, and order supplies, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of condition of equipment and devices used for cooking / baking.
- Ensure that all production processes strictly adhere to Halal specifications and standards at all times, maintaining the integrity and certification of the products.
- Support the preparation and execution of Halal audits by ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in compliance with Halal certification requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records for Halal certification, ingredient sourcing, and product labeling, ensuring all products are correctly labeled with Halal certification and ingredient information.
- Conduct regular quality checks on all finished products to ensure they meet the company’s standards before sending out for customer.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
