Our cakes need to be kept refrigerated. They can only be at room temperature up to (1) ONE hour and please ensure they’re placed on a flat surface at all times.

If you’re arranging a self-collect delivery, we highly recommend transporting our cakes by CAR.

Please note that deliveries will be made within your selected time slot. If you require a specific delivery time, kindly leave a remark (subject to availability) or opt for self-collection at your convenience.

For high-rise or multi-story buildings that require parking, we regret to inform you that doorstep delivery is not available. Our drivers exclusively use cars for cake deliveries.
