- For a smooth drive-thru pick-up, please share your car plate number via call or WhatsApp. This allows our team to identify you quickly and deliver the cake directly to your car.
For Self-Arranged Delivery (e.g., Grab, Lalamove)
- We strongly recommend using a CAR to ensure the optimal safety of your cakes during transit.
- Please provide the driver’s car plate number and contact details for verification.
Note: We shall not responsible for any issues with products handled by third-party delivery services arranged by customers.
For self-pick-up, please inform us of your vehicle type and license plate number via call or WhatsApp. This will help our team identify you quickly and deliver your cakes efficiently. NOTES: You may arrange you own transport to pick up your orders ( we strongly recommend using a CAR). Please share the car plate number and driver details for verification purposes. We shall not take any responsibility for products handled by your own delivery arrangement.
