For Ambient cake, it can last for 4 hours in an air-conditioned environment, you may place in the refrigerator for storage. Bring out the ambient cake prior 2 hours from refrigerator for consumption and it is best served in room temperature.

All types of cakes are best consumed within 2 days for the best quality.
