Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before your delivery time via WhatsApp / Call / Email. Upon confirmation of cancel request, we will issue refund only by credit voucher. Failure to do so would conclude the order and item purchased will be delivered as per scheduled date and time.

Return

There will be no returns for cakes that have been delivered due to the nature of the product.

Damaged Products

Kindly check your products upon received and contact us immediately for any damaged or wrong product found, and furnish us with your order number, photos or videos of the defective products.. We will do our best to investigate and solve the issues.

If the complaint is made after delivery date, we shall not be responsible for any refund or exchange due to various factors that might affect the product’s quality.
