Changes, Cancellations & Refund Policy
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up time. All requests are subject to availability and approval.
Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a JY FOOD LAB credit voucher only.
For same-day and next-day orders, changes or cancellations are subject to approval and may not always be possible.
If a cancellation cannot be approved, the order will proceed according to the original order details.
Return
Due to the perishable nature of our cakes and desserts, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered or collected.
Damaged Products
Please check your order in front of the driver at the time of delivery, or before leaving our store for self-collection.
If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, please inform our driver or team immediately so we can assist and, where possible, arrange for the item to be returned or the issue to be rectified right away.
Please provide your order number together with clear photos or videos for our team to review. Once the cake has been received and accepted, JY FOOD LAB will not be responsible for any damage caused by subsequent handling, transportation, storage, or temperature exposure.
Any issue reported after the delivery or collection date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a refund or replacement cannot be guaranteed.
