Delivery Fees

Yes, we provide delivery service within selected areas in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, and surrounding locations (Klang Valley)

Delivery is charged at a flat rate based on the distance from our kitchen. Free delivery is available when your order meets the minimum spend for your delivery zone.

You can enter your full delivery address at checkout to view the delivery fee and check your free delivery eligibility.

We are engaging third party delivery partner, GoGet Malaysia for our cake’s delivery. They will ensure all the cakes are delivered in a professional manner. All GoGetters are trained to handle cakes and dispatches with utmost care.

We will be using car only for our cake’s delivery as all of our cakes are fragile and need to be handled with care. With cars as the chosen mode of transport, customer is assured of deliveries of the highest quality.

Delivery Time Slots
Monday – Saturday: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:00–4:00 PM, 4:00–6:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM–12:30 PM

If you have a preferred delivery time within your selected slot, please allow approximately a 1-hour window (for example, 2:00–3:00 PM). We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed as timing may vary due to traffic and delivery conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery if you need to make any changes. All requests are subject to availability and approval.

If the new address falls under a different delivery zone, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Please note: Changes for same-day and next-day orders are subject to approval and may not always be possible.Late amendments shall be moved to the next available slot or there will be an extra charges if the driver has picked up your cake.

Please ensure the receiver is available and contactable during the selected delivery time.

Our driver may wait for up to 10–15 minutes while trying to contact the receiver. If there is still no response, the cake will be returned to JY FOOD LAB and a return delivery fee will apply.

The return delivery fee will need to be settled upon collection of the cake from our store.

If you would like us to redirect the delivery to another address, please contact us immediately. This is subject to driver availability and additional charges.

As our cakes are chilled and fragile, they should not be left out for more than 1 hour. JY FOOD LAB will not be responsible for any melting or damage that may occur during the return trip.

We do not provide doorstep or unit-level delivery for high-rise buildings, malls, hotels, offices, or condominiums.

Our driver will deliver to the nearest accessible drop-off point, such as the lobby, guardhouse, or main entrance.

If you require special assistance, please contact us in advance. Additional charges, such as parking or access fees, may apply.

Please make sure to check the cake upon receiving as we won’t be able to take responsibility for any damage to the cake after you make confirmation at the collection point / with the delivery person. If the cake indeed damaged at the point of delivery, the delivery person usually will be able to make an assessment and we will try our best to make alternative arrangement for you /you may contact us at + 6012 8473689.

You may pick up your cake within your selected pick-up time and our operating hours.

Latest pick-up time:
Monday – Saturday: by 6:00 PM
Sunday: by 12:30 PM

If you are unable to collect your cake before closing time, it will be kept refrigerated and can be collected on the next operating day.

Yes, you may arrange your own transport to collect your order. As our cakes are fragile and sensitive to heat, we strongly recommend using a CAR and keeping the cake on a flat surface during transportation.

Please avoid using motorcycles, as movement, vibration, and heat exposure may cause the cake to shift, melt, or become damaged.

Please provide your driver with the order number and order name for verification upon collection. You may also share the driver and vehicle details with us in advance.

Once the cake has been collected by your own driver or transport arrangement, JY FOOD LAB will not be responsible for any damage caused during transportation.
